I took advantage of a rather sunny day today and finished the pointing up of the stack with a buff lime mortar from ty-mawr. I bought several different mortar mixes and over this weekend I plan to see which mix best matches which building, not too exciting sounding I know but I do love a quiet life and repointing certainlygives me plenty of time to think.

So as it's typical holiday weather and it's pouring down,I presume being a builder you will be finishing the flooring or are you the big he man type builder and have slung a canvas across where your working to allow you to carry on,or have you given up,having the saturday off like all normal people do.
