My little girls decided to treat me today as they have been very concerned about my welfare as they can't understand why anybody would subject themselves to a Lenten fast.....who gives up chocolate? rice krispie chocolate nests topped with cadburys mini eggs seemed to the girls to be a suitable reward for my Catholic endeavours...God bless them.

I'm surprised any bird's nests made into the paper cups...they look like they were grazing the whole time.
I'm glad my nieces are taking care of their dad...now go eat chocolate!
Happy Easter!
Bad news, Thudsy.
Those are my favourite chocolates.
As father of twin boys I am denied such things.
kev, I know the feeling.
Those wee cooks are as delicious as their rice krispy treats. And where did they get those hats - I want one!
PS I am glad Princess OTW number 1 has her Ramones t-shirt on...essential apparel for baking :)

Chocolate rice krispies would work for me too - especially if so charmingly presented.
I'm with Elecs on this one; I'd eat the lot, and I still feel fat from a load of baked beans yesterday...:0(
Adorable!
Thank you for the lovely complement you left on my blog.
I too gave up chocolate for lent as well, and at least my whole family was on the same page :) Now I'm gorging on "Woodhouse"Chocolate from St. Helena ;)
That is so nice that your children were baptized in the St. Helena church! Our catholic church we go to here in the Walnut Creek area, aren't anywhere near as beautiful. I love my parish, but it isn't the prettiest.
We were looking at the St. Helena church as a possible destination wedding for my daughter.
Can I just say I'm really jealous of those gorgeous ovens in these pictures!!!!
