Oh dear!
lots of happy family OTW members today both here and in The United States, not because we are big fans of Trump but more because this Brexitx10 is a defeat for all that we have grown to hate (no sense in pretending here).....mainly the lionizing of much that is designed to destroy the values and beliefs of the world we have up to now lived in. I childishly am enjoying the weeping and wailing of the worlds great and good and their deluded progressive followers......its good to be king isn't it Donald?

O'Blene Swamp Drainage Ltd is looking for skilled craftsmen to tender for the Washington job, and wonders if Thud Inc's special works section is interested in a partnership of sorts, to enable the stonework element of the work?
Ever since I watched a riveting programme called 'Washington behind closed doors' (Watergate's run-up), I've thought that US politics needed much more of a clean up than the UK, although we over here are now as bad as you can get.
Interesting times.
The DNC should not have displaced Sanders for Clinton. They'd be in office now if they hadn't. But that they did is part of the whole problem - the sense of entitlement and that "it's Hillary's turn."
That is one of the biggest problems in American politics, the perception that it somebody's turn...the best person for the job should get the job. Hillary was by far NOT the person for the job - even a man who had been/is as corrupt as her would have been unfit to hold the office of POTUS.
Skilled craftsmen in stonework! I hope some of that involves headstones and the permanent rest of certain Swamp Monsters who have grown far-far too comfortable.

Mr. Trump may have many faults, but at least he's not "that woman".
