Times past.

Its my fathers birthday today, an event that due to the passing of time has become more easily forgotten with every passing year. Even though he has been gone for 35 years now I feel lately that I understand him more than I ever did and I wish I could spend a little time talking to him, happy birthday Dad.

Always after it’s over has been the story of my life. We can’t know at the time. Maybe he sees you from up there.

Apparently, you begin to know your parents when you have your own kids.

Certainly happened here!

Well done Dad Thud! Your boy did so much and is still on the case!

D'ya know. I've got a picture of my old man almost exactly the same.
