Liverpool for those who don't know, is European capitol of culture 2008...a big deal apparently although it just seems to comprise crap art,crap concerts...Paul McCartney and lots of council junkets.The motto is "(third) world in one city"...well the third bit is my humble addition I must admit.This murderous incident took place yesterday only yards from where I am presently working on a very attractive coach House and was the inspiration for the aforementioned addition.It seems after suffering decades of poverty and crime Liverpool feels the need to import more, just as the city finally sees a glimmer of light.....well done Liverpool city council and the home office....another validation of cultural equivalency at work...can anybody say...blood feud?
