Wee Beastie.
Whilst visiting potential new house with Architect on Saturday we came across the little creature above taking a rest on the stairs...the women folk were not amused.

Bats on the stairs and not in the belfrey,ouch good start £££££££££££££
Did you allow in your costings for the employment of licensed bat handlers, provision of alternative bat accommodation ?.... otherwise heave it out of the window, seal all openings in the fabric of the house to prevent it/them getting in.... and something else, oh yes..... delete this post and deny all knowledge of the thing.
Bats! Whatever next? If you come across any Newts in the lake(particularly Great Crested ones)I'll take them off your hands.Blighters fetch a fortune on ebay.

He/she is so cute. I love our resident bats here in Napa...they eat mosquitos so the mosquitos won't eat me, hoorah!
