Snug and smug

I passed quite a few abandoned cars on the way to work today plus a couple stuck in hedges, wrapped around trees. I meanwhile cruised serenely on in my much derided global warming ,polar bear drowning 4x4 SUV......tough luck tofu eaters, what you are experiencing is called WINTER, ask Al Gore about it if you are still in doubt as to what is happening ,I'm sure he has all the answers....I do smug rather well I think.

Nice isn't it - just like winters used to be.

How dare you sir, running around in an SUV think of all the C02 you are producing,me I would rather drive around in some of farmer Giles toys that he has next door to you, just think if you had that tractor you want, oh the fun, hopefully passing your place Thursday on our way to Ellesmere Port tat market but if it's too icey will walk/slip/slide to Heswall, keep up the good work remember you said it would take 8 years of your life to get the place the way you want it,but it would I suppose, would be nice to be living in the place and doing the work, then your SUV would become a Chelsea tractor.

Hope your drive train stays intact.

I drive a Honda CRV and it's been an absolute asset in the snow and ice.
Apparently it goes into 4X4 drive in adverse conditions, or so DT tells me!
All I know about it is, that it goes forward and backwards, has an automatic transmission, lovely heated seats, and a camera for reversing...Not bad for a woman driver!
I notice that DT uses MY car in this bad weather leaving his beloved aging 'beamer', standing, resplendent on the drive, covered in snow.
Useless trivia, I know,
...Just felt like a chat!

Hope Princess the first is enjoying the snow,

Di.x
