A good day indeed.

I am finally to be liberated from the tyranny of pink....our new arrival (in April) is a boy, I am more than happy and to be honest a little worried about coping with a little man about the house....... Christmas came early.

Thud and Daughters and son, Builders to the Wirral Gentry, yes I think you can get away with that on your white van.
So the count is now 2 country girls and and a soon to be country boy, what next after the kitchen are you and your guys going to build a massive tree house next to the "tennis court" or next to the "bowling alley".
Congratulations to you and mrs Thud and the girls from mrs Albert,me I wish you only congrats after what you said to me the other day :-).

My goodness...what did you say?

I think Vinogirl you need to have a chat with your brother on how to treat unwanted guests,I wasted petrol going down that drive of his to the courtyard to give him a telephone number and he had the nerve to say that he didn't mind mrs Albert visiting his home but me!,if he had said something to you, you would have no doubt twisted his ear,he was even nasty to one of his guys he had him out building a wall in the freezing cold,I just drove away very upset with him. :-)

it's a pity that the name Prince has gained connotations of jug ears or terminal stupidity.... so we can't call him Prince OTW..... he will have to be The Thudling or some such more manly name.

Marvellous news Thudders, and lets hope that you and Mrs Thudders can aim for the April 5th last day for tax! You know it makes sense (or used to because both daughts were born near the end of the tax year, and we received buckets of money back from the tax man!
