Doodle do

In the age of cad/cam, cnc cutting and routing I'm afraid some of us have been sadly left behind. I plan to start on the first of the roof finials next week and so a couple of minutes work with a pencil and a scrap of paper resulted in the above drawing. Now I'll be the first to admit that I can't draw for toffee but the chaps and I have always worked like this ( or from drawings on scrap wood) and we seem to end up with pleasing results so I'm happy continuing to doodle away.

That's good.....it's a thing to put insulin into my leg, isn't it?

That is real builder's work!

Has to be done on the back of a piece of skirting too...
