Quack quack

In my last post I mentioned that the rain was making things difficult to get any heavy work done, well above shows the road that runs past my house a couple of hours later......as I said nice weather if you are a duck!

Told you, you needed your swim trunks, it seems all the nutters come out in the bad weather looking to see if they an get their cars into difficulties, today was no exception, some idiot was using the cones on the bridge over Leasowe rd as skittles and his car as the ball, it wasn't a kid but an old twit who couldn't negotiate the roadworks, Fort Perch Rock was quiet and wet and closed but our radio toys still need tweaking

Poor you Chum!

There's no way out of the flood plain is there...

Hope it all drys out soonest!

Scrobs...no flood plain to blame merely high water table and a very heavy clay subsoil.

I knew you wanted a paddling pool for the kids but flooding 3acres of field across the road isn't that a bit too much.

Albert, my neighbour is going to have his work cut out milking those seagulls.

Gosh Thud, I do hope the water doesn't penetrate you home and various outbuildings. We had a river running down CPA, I was worried that, if the drains
overspill we'd be flooded, thankfully, that didn't happen.
Just back to blogging after a 10 month break, I've had a good read of yours, my goodness, you have been busy...
