Wax on wax off

Taking a leaf out of this splendid chaps book I dodged the showers today and set about touching up the fence around my gate lodge in preparation for winter. I quite enjoy pottering about with a can of paint as with a bit of work you get quite a bang for your buck, even if all external paints nowadays seem to be water based.....and given how much water the heavens deliver here that's a recipe for disaster.
