As our summer in California winds down I have indulged in my passion for ice cream at all opportunities, not fancy ice cream just the plain old supermarket varieties. I'm not big on iced drinks and other methods of mitigating against the heat but ice cream hits the spot and these damned Yankees make fine ice cream!
