The autumn/winter weather here in California has for a hardy Brit such as myself been rather pleasurable with many days reminiscent of summer in England. I awoke yesterday morning to see our local mountain covered in a fair covering of snow that extended as far down as surrounding towns such as
Danville. Do Californians have a direct line to god?....the Christmas season arrives and it snows!....you just can't be this lucky. At home in England it is as usual wet and windy, not much of a surprise there. There is an urban legend that Eskimos have 200 words for snow...big deal! I have 500 for rain and all of them begin with f!
