Back to work by phone in morning..time to chase estate agents in UK...all who no doubt will tell me to drop prices....it must be great to be a professional ....I,d never have come up with such a brilliant strategy. I,m hoping that this year the market will settle down,I,m afraid however media driven fear will continue to add to the mess the property market is in.looks like a project house to restore in Shropshire or Cheshire will have to wait a bit longer.The market in Napa valley does seem to be going my way though...asking prices are being realised at about 88%....a nice time to buy.
