Russian security forces have closed down two British council offices in Russia...saving the Russian populace from dog eared copies of Jane Austen no doubt. Russia is another third world dump pumped up by gas and oil money and like other clown countries it behaves like a school bully.Putin should try to get his country to perhaps produce one world class product instead of indulging in sixties style spy speak.....then perhaps we will take notice..something the Russians apparently crave...give it a try Putin ....clownski!
