The life of a class traitor and peripatetic scouser.
The Mersey looks fab!
What a wonderful picture Thud and welcome home. That picture reminds me of where I used to live, in Hertford Drive, running down to the river, (off Seabank Rd) Wallasey. The view was almost identical!Golden days!Did you find your crock of gold at the end of the rainbow? I do hope so!Di.xx
this in england, anything is possible
Thud. You're back. It's a shock I know. Many of us feel the same way and you're quite right: it's terrifying. We have gifted our liberties to the other team in the name of 'security'. The State's so focused on the terrorist threat, whilst at the same time so egg-bound with civility that it dare not challenge the obvious culprits that we are, as the actor James Woods said, 'dying of good manners'. Meanwhile our teenagers slaughter each other for tying their shoelaces the wrong way. Apart from all that, great place to be.
