More toys.

I have finally picked the garden tractor for my new house and have decided to go with the Hayter heritage in a rather nice racing green paint job.As much as I like John Deere I decided that my little bit of England should be mowed by an English made machine. I now know that a tractor of more generous proportion is also going to be of great use and so I am hinting non too subtly to my dear wife that a vintage tractor for a future birthday would be rather well received.I love Moline and Allis Chalmers tractors but again I would prefer a vintage English one....any ideas as I have no idea where to start?

A DB6 would go down a treat.

Saw a Triumph Spitfire today, always wanted one, must have been a '78 or so with the fugly EPA bumpers - lovely but painted a horrible, cheap, Maaco-blue.
I actually always wanted an MGA with twin-cam in it - Teh Bomb.

a Field Marshall would suit.... single cylinder of 6 litre capacity....lovely donk-donk-donk noise and the driver bobbing up and down on the seat in harmony with the engine....an eccentric British design

go on, you know you need one.
