Thanks

.
I was not overly keen on this chap but as he was partly responsible for the above band and the band in some small measure made me who I am, I suppose I should say thanks and R.I.P.

Pretty Vacant - that's a pretty big moment in my memory when things changed. Mongaloid by Devo was hard on its heels.

Devo Live. The strangest thing, was that they insisted we sit down to watch them.Sitting down in Erics was a total no-no! Still,it was their first gig in Blighty.

Explain the steps by which that happened, Thud.

James...a bit complicated but simply put...a teenage me wanted more than the rest of my friends on the council estate in huyton I was brought up on were prepared to settle for. The pistols and punk in general awoke a spirit of rather silly rebellion in me which left me with a rather independant can do outlook on life...punk became rather leftist and somewhat of a joke rather quickly but the legacy of not being just another cog in the machine stayed with me...not bad for a 3 minute thrash.
