A sunny day, a hose pipe and two happy toddlers, a great combination....I love summer!

Is it just high jinks or have you put the girls to work 'at the car wash'?

Oh how lovely, the two Princesses are growing up so fast.
We have two Princesses, Molly (6) and Olivia (4)...
Following up, in the rear are our two 'Aprentice Princes'
Freddie (6) Christian (18 months)
Of course, they are our gorgeous grandchildren, they bring so much joy to our lives.

Off topic, have you been to the Tai Pan recently? We still havn't been, due to my mobilty problems.

Your girls really are cute, you must be a very proud Daddy!

Trubes, the little ones are a constant delight are they not? Tai pan is if anything a tad better than before, you should join the family sometime.

Can I make an appointment with them to wash my car in about 2 weeks?

ours needs a clean this weekend, would that be wrong putting them to work on a birthday weekend??

Bless.

I think little sis has got the right idea though. A hosepipe in a water fight - less mobile but more firepower.

Better than my lads' efforts to wash my car bonnet when they were knee high ... with sand at the Bantham beach car park !

O/T. What do you think to UK buy-to-let as a business ?

Ahh let them play 'till the hose pipe ban kicks in, anyday now.

EK. Buy to let is still viable if one is prepared to do serious homework on target area and put in some serious time and free labour on the actual project.A genuine long term view as opposed to short term speculation is also a must but something many only pay lipservice to.

Thud, What do you mean when you say,'You should join the family some time'?
If it means what I think it does...I'd be delighted!
