I'm rich!

In between working today Monkey and I spent some time raiding my horse chestnut trees. I have mentioned before how much as a youngster I enjoyed conkers and it seems the love of conkers has not worn off. Opening the spiky shell and prising out a fresh glossy nut must be one of life and autumns greatest little pleasures...then you get to wack the living hell out of each other

Plant 'em Thudders!

We need all the trees we can get, as round here, they're all getting savaged by the leaf miner pest!

You'd be prosecuted over here for liking conkers, Thud.
