Hoodie goings on.
The first of the window hood mouldings went up today and even though they are at the moment grey on grey the effect is pretty much what I wished for. Cutting through the building fabric was messy but not as difficult as I had imagined, so we can safely order the next 14 and try to get ahead of the not so pleasant weather. Timing a new piece of work is essential on a job as the daily/weekly setting out of work revolves around knowing just how long should be allowed for each task. There are industry standards but they are only guidelines and each individual tends to work at their own speed....until I turn up behind them that is!
