Home again after an epic journey (Frankfurt airport is a third world hellhole) I was greeted by some Californian poppies the result of some seeds I had scattered at random earlier in the year.California and the Wirral a strange mix but for family OTW it works.

Welcome home, hope the family loved their holidays, you've not missed much it's getting darker earlier and the weather, well, you've had your swimming lessons so you will be ok, won't be long before it's Christmas.

OTW? I'm visiting my family at Christmas so maybe I should sprinkle some poppies at home beforehand along with my sanity.
