My long awaited kitchen finally arrived this morning although as can be seen it is not exactly positioned in the right place yet.The cream coloured doors also turned out to be sage....cue much consternation between Mrs OTW ( baby due in 3 weeks and she WANTS a kitchen) and the kitchen people. After a flurry of phone calls a financial readjustment was agreed upon and all was well. Now we just have to fit it and get the granite tops cut and fitted, something we are due to start first thing tomorrow. It means that finally I can get my first plate of very expensive home made chips ( very gordon bluey cooking) in the not distant future.....More chips!

We had a box that came backwards, no amount of financial re-jiggering would have helped, but it only took 3-weeks for the new one.
I see chip butties in my future :)
...and now I'm having kitchen envy! I'm hopeful work on mine will be started and concluded by my birthday in October, but I'm dreading the hit in the pocketbook.
Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Glad your missus got her kitchen. 3 weeks pass by so quickly...
Phlegmy...they are expensive and a pain to design and fit but they are as they say the heart of a family so here is to mine and yours!
