Johnny Ramone guitar build 4

The paint has been drying for 5 weeks so I decided to get started on the finishing work. Its an easy if tedious job involving firstly using wet and dry paper from 1000 to 2000 grade (making sure not to burn through clear coat) and then polishing with 3 grades of liquid polish. A couple of hours elbow grease resulted in a glass like finish with only small patches of faint orange peel near holes for pickups. After 24 hours mulling it over I decided to give it another going over,so today a couple of hours should see the whole guitar finished to satisfaction and then its onto the neck and headstock.
